The villa is built in three floors, with direct access from the pool and terrace area to the main floor with its large, fully equipped modern kitchen including an American refrigerator providing non-stop ice cubes for those hot summer days and sufficient place setting for up to twelve people. Also this floor consists of a modern furnished spacious open plan living- and sitting area including a fireplace for the cooler evenings as well as satellite TV and DVD player, here you will also find a guest toilet.

On the upper floor is the 80 square meter master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath as well as a separate shower. There is a newly build bedroom in connection to the master bedroom, ideal for younger children to sleep in. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance and there is a connecting door between them which can be locked.
On the lower ground floor are four bedrooms, three of them with direct access to the garden and double beds, the last bedroom has two single beds and a window towards the garden. Two of the bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms and there is another bathroom down the hall shared by two bedrooms. All of the bath- and bedrooms are newly refurbished. All the bedrooms have TV, DVD and air condition.
Also on the lower ground floor there is a washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board for your use. Cleaning and linen change is undertaken 3 times per week, additional cleaning can be arranged. Wi-fi internet is available free of charge.
The terrace and pool area is completely private and has sun beds for all as well as a barbecue, and on the partly roofed terrace there are stylish outdoor furniture with room for everyone to sit together and enjoy the amazing sunsets over a lovely dinner. From the living area there is access to an additional balcony with incredible view, perfect for after dinner relaxation.
There is a shared tennis court where you can enjoy your afternoon exercise with family and friends.
The villa has an alarm system, surveillance camera and a private, fenced in parking space.
